Note: There is a $250 Security Deposit required with personal checks or cashier's check is used for payment. This $250 Security Depaosit is fully Refundable within 10 days after check out.
- Holiday rates are $199 per night (3 night min). Labor day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, President's Day, Christmas, New Years - $1250 for Christmas through New Year week (7 nights)
- Rates for Multiple Consecutive Months are discounted 5%
- Small dog O.K. with owner's permission, ($25.00 nightly/$100 weekly/ $200 monthly) Additional Security Deposit $250.00.
- This is a smoke free lodge (no smoking allowed inside our home or on our balcony). Smoking is allowed outside in the common area.
