- Lodging Tax Rate of 6.05% applied to rental rate
- Cleaning fee - $90
- No Security Deposit - This applies to using a credit card for payment. Note: There is a $250 Security Deposit required with personal checks. This is fully Refundable within 10 days after check out.
- Holiday rates are $199 per night. Labor day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, President's Day, Christmas, New Years - 3 night minimum.
- Rates for Multiple Consecutive Months are discounted 5%
- Small dogs O.K. with owner's permission ($25.00 fee nightly/$100 weekly, $200 monthly) Additional Security Deposit $100.00.
- This is a smoke free lodge (no smoking allowed inside our home or on our balcony). Smoking is allowed outside in the common area of "The Village".
- Payment accepted - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier's Check, Personal Check
